BigInsights Partner Haima Prakash writes in the CMO on creating a Big Data plan

haimacmopostpage (2)CMO, one of Australia’s top Online magazines for Chief Marketing Officers, has published a blogpost by Haima Prakash, Partner, BigInsights on the subject – The 7-step customer centric big data plan.

CMO sits alongside IDG Communications Australia’s highly-respected professional titles for c-level executives including CIO, CSO and CFO World.

In her post, Haima, who is also Lead, Customer Insights Practise, has written about the seven critical steps to creating a customer-centric Big Data plan. She’s also spoken of how a strong partnership between the CMO and CIO was another imperative to make these projects a success. Building a collaborative and cross functional team that is customer/business savvy, has ‘data science’ skills, traditional IT infrastructure and data integration skills, was a critical factor, too.
