Cloudera supported BigInsights workshop to focus on successful Big Data applications

Big Data solutions and opportunities have captured the imagination of Business and IT leaders. It is without doubt one of the most "hyped" technology solutions of the last 10 years. Yet, today, for an Enterprise, understanding and adopting Big Data has become imperative to further its business goals. Our recently conducted BigInsights End User Study 2013 highlighted the confusion in the minds of executives that was typical of early adoption of technology solutions. According to the study, 50 per cent  of the respondents had stated that not understanding the benefits of Big Data was one of the key challenges they faced; 70 per cent had said that Big Data Solutions increased their ability to gain more insights into their customers.
